IS IT REALLY BELONG TO BRUNEI?

Here are the answer which issued by The Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman which explaining the dispute of two block of oil between Malaysia and Brunei.

1. Agreement had been made by leaders of the two countries in the Letters of Exchange signed on March 16, 2009. Who are them?

2. Both countries were still discussing the ratio of the revenue as Brunei had the sovereign rights to the two oil blocks

3. They said that by looking strictly at the interpretation of the law based on UNCLOS (United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea) 1982, it clearly belongs to Brunei.

4. They also already have consulted some legal opinions, well-known maritime lawyers and the answer is very simple =" it does not need a brilliant person to interpret that this one belongs to Brunei,”
